4G – Fourth Generation

4g is the mobile telecommunication technology that offers higher and more reliable internet connection on the mobile platform. 4G is the successor of what we have known the 3G (Third Generation) mobile technology.

It offers a much higher data rate than its predecessor “3G”. Theoretically, you may achieve a data rate of up to 100 Mbps in 4G. You won’t achieve this much in the real world, but still it would be much higher and reliable as compared to 3G.
