Corporate Social Responsibility is a form of corporate self-regulation whereby companies behave ethically and contribute to social and environmental development, along with addressing the expectations of shareholders and stakeholders. In other words, company have to take the responsibility of its growth and of the society as well.

The Centre for Social Research, established in 1983, offer services to females (girls and women) in India. They focus on restructuring the gender relation with the aim of creating equitable society.
