NIIT Limited is a well known IT training and solution provider Headquartered in Gurgaon, India. The company's expertise in training and development make it the most preferred training partner, worldwide. The company is listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) of India.

It was established in the year 1981 by Rajendra S. Pawar and Vijay K. Thadani, graduates from IIT. In 2004, the company was restructured into two groups: NIIT Limited and NIIT Technologies. NIIT Limited focuses on training and education and the later is focused on providing IT solutions to enterprises.

The company has established its training centres in most of the states in India including  Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu and many more.
