PDU – Professional Development Unit
Professional Development Unit is the way of maintaining the certification that you have earned from Project Management Institute(PMI). For all PMIs certificate holder, except CAPM, it is necessary to adhere to PMI’s CCR program that lets you earn PDUs and maintain your credentials.
In other words we can say, you have to earn PDUs to maintain your certification.
