SOA – Service-Oriented Architecture
Service oriented architecture is an architectural style for building business applications by means of services. This is known as service-orientation. SOA is independent of any vendor, product or technology. It makes a client from any device using any operating system access all the services.
The SOA allows combining of large chunks of functionality to form ad-hoc applications built from existing software services. When combined with platform independence, it creates a system that allows use and exchange of data between programs of different vendors without additional programming.
SOA – Safe operating area
The “safe operating area” is defined for power semiconductor devices. It is the voltage and current conditions over which the device can be expected to work properly.
